person responsible for the prospectus "person responsible for the prospectus" means — (a) promoter of the unit trust scheme; (b) the management company of the unit trust scheme; (c) the trustee of the unit trust scheme; (d) a director of — (i) the promoter, if it is a corporation; (ii) the management company; and (iii) the trustee, if it is a corporation, of the unit trust scheme; (e) an expert who accepts, and is stated in the prospectus or supplementary prospectus as accepting, responsibility for the prospectus or supplementary prospectus or any part of the prospectus or supplementary prospectus; or (f) a person not falling within any of the foregoing paragraphs who has authorised the contents of the prospectus or supplementary prospectus or any part of the prospectus or supplementary prospectus; PU(A) 439/1996 - SECURITIES COMMISSION (UNIT TRUST SCHEME) REGULATIONS 1996 2.
